We successfully completed our first cohort of Game Changers in Education supported by the Stevens Initiative, where we brought together students from Al-Qasemi Academic College of Education, Bridgewater State University, and Oranim Academic College of Education. Over twelve highly interactive sessions, participants created connections with one another, discovered their own habits and assumptions about negotiation, and built up their professional toolset and confidence through a series of role play simulations and negotiation exercises.
