The Darca Negotiation Program is well underway, with 14 high schools partnering up, representing diverse Hebrew and Arabic speaking, Religious and Secular communities. The almost 300 tenth grade students are encountering peers from other sectors of Israeli society, hosting one another at their schools while their teachers are deepening their own negotiation skill set through a Ministry of Education approved professional development course.
We are partnering yet again, with the Atid Education and Schools Network this year, building upon last year’s pilot in new ways, incorporating schools from around the country from their diverse network, including our very first Charedi school and community!
Together with our incredible new pool of facilitators, we continue to work adaptively and tirelessly amidst the current reality and we look forward with eager anticipation to where this road throughout the remainder of this academic year might lead!
