This fall we had 50 pre-service education students at HaKibbutzim Academic College participate in four two-part workshops. PATHWAYS is passionate about training the next generation of educators by providing a learning experience encompassed in experiential problem-solving negotiation skills that can be utilized in their future classrooms.
These sessions provided EFL pre-service teachers with the ability to incorporate negotiation, communication activities, and concepts into educational frameworks that they will teach in. This also aided in their designing educational exercises, materials, and activities to utilize in their respective classrooms.
