During the 2020-21 academic year, 24 talented and dedicated pre-service English educators participated in a two-part program over 12 total sessions. They learned key concepts and cultivated skills including navigating difficult situations through problem-solving negotiation and built a salient toolkit to support their role as educators.
These sessions provided EFL pre-service teachers with the ability to incorporate negotiation, problem-solving, and communication activities and concepts into educational frameworks that they will teach in. This also aided in their designing educational exercises, materials, and activities to utilize in their respective classrooms.
We look forward to partnering with Oranim through our new and upcoming program Game Changers in Education where Oranim pre-service English language educators will have the opportunity to learn and collaborate with American undergraduate students majoring in Education.
