PATHWAY’s library of teaching tools provides educators with a variety of activities for incorporating problem-solving negotiation concepts into their classrooms. The tools have been created by Fellows in the Negotiation Education Teachers (NET) Fellowship program.

USING THE LIBRARY
You can locate relevant teaching tools by sorting and filtering the resource library by negotiation elements, higher order thinking skills (HOTS), language domains and activities, related literature, and/or estimated time required for the activity
We have aligned the library with the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR) to distinguish between four kinds of language activities: Reception (listening and reading), Production (spoken and written), Interaction (spoken and written), and Mediation (translating and interpreting). CEFR language domains include Educational (learning contexts), Occupational (activities/relations on the job), Public (social interactions, services), and Personal (family, home, individual pursuits).
You are free to:
- Share — copy and redistribute the material in any medium or format
- Adapt — remix, transform, and build upon the material
- Attribution — You must give appropriate credit to PATHWAYS and the Author(s) of the work used, provide a link to the license, and indicate if changes were made. You may do so in any reasonable manner, but not in any way that suggests PATHWAYS endorses you or your use.
- Non-Commercial — You may not use the material for commercial purposes.
